IT Helpdesk First Line Support - Fixed Term Contract

We support predominantly corporate clients who buy services on a contracted basis all across the Middle East and Africa, and even globally depending on their portfolio.
Responsibilities
Experience & Education
2-3 years' experience of working on an IT helpdesk, answering phones, logging and reassigning calls and providing 1st line remote support.
Skills & Competencies
Communication skills : Excellent verbal communication in English, Attention to detail, Organized, Friendly / People’s Person, Calm under pressure, Customer focused Knowledge Required.
General understanding of IT helpdesk operation, and broad understanding of IT support Ability to translate clients' problems into detailed logged calls Remote support, assisting staff with first line issues, printing, logging on etc.
