Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment, preferably in food processing. Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and factory performance reporting. Experience with ERP systems (Syspro / Translution essential). Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data-driven analysis.
