The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving performance marketing campaigns across various channels to meet and exceed business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. The candidate must have experience working in the home services niche.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to PPC, display, social media, and email marketing.
• Conduct thorough audience segmentation and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the most relevant audiences.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
