Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to : Concrete Construction : Leading and managing concrete construction operations, ensuring accurate implementation of engineering plans and specifications.Bulk Earthworks : Collaborating with other foremen and construction teams to ensure a seamless integration of concrete works with bulk earthworks activities.Mining Environment : Demonstrating expertise in concrete construction projects within the mining sector, considering safety and environmental considerations.Stormwater and Pipe Laying : Coordinating concrete works related to stormwater management and pipe laying projects to ensure smooth execution.Team Leadership : Providing strong leadership to concrete construction teams, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and safely.Quality Assurance : Conducting inspections and quality checks on concrete works to maintain the highest standards.Health and Safety : Prioritizing safety on the construction site, enforcing safety protocols, and promoting a safety-conscious work culture.Reporting : Providing regular progress updates to the Site Engineer and contributing to project status reports.??
