Your role

As a Store Manager , you will play an important role in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment while representing the brand image and corporate values of INDITEX. You will be responsible for coordinating daily store operations and making strategic decisions regarding product placement to meet established commercial objectives. In this leadership role, you will oversee and organize your team, ensuring collaboration and professional development, while driving store profitability through effective space management. Your primary focus will be on ensuring an exceptional customer experience provided by the team of the store.

Main Responsibilities

Store Operations

• Analyze and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring targets are exceeded throughout the store.
• Overlook replenishment is done in a timely and effective manner through all the departments.
• Ensure that the store is merchandised according to the company's standards and commercial guidelines taking into consideration bestsellers, current trends and image of the brand.
• Plan schedules to make sure you have the correct coverage, taking into consideration the budget of hours provided by the HR Manager.
• Oversee the cleaning standards inside the store ensuring they are in line with the company's guidelines.
• Monitor the uniforms' allocation for Sales Assistants and Managers according to the company's policy.
