Purpose : Provide basic technical support and assistance to end-users or clients in an on-site.

Requirements :

• Relevant IT qualification .
• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software components.
• Familiarity with common operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., IP addresses, DNS, DHCP).
