Job Description

I am hiring for our client (which provides logistics services) for a Bookkeeper, based in the East Rand, Johannesburg.

Please Note : COVID-19 : MANDATORY VACCINATION. Applicants will not be considered if they are not fully vaccinated.

Required :

Grade 12.

Relevant bookkeeping qualification.

Computer Skills.

Able to use digital applications in paperless environment.

Key responsibilities :

• Capturing and reconciling Cash Books.
• Processing of external & internal supplier and sales invoices.
• Reconcile supplier accounts for payment.
• Intercompany loan account reconciliations.
• Capturing of monthly journals.
• Assist with weekly stock take.
• Daily cashflow forecast.
• Monthly debtors and creditors age analysis report enquiries.
