My client, a leading manufacturer of catering and baking equipment, is looking to employ an experienced Administration Clerk to join their team in Durban.
Areas of Responsibility (Your duties will include but are not limited to)
- General administration duties as required, filing, stationery, etc.
- Responsible for administration with regards to stock – sales orders and goods transfer
- Responsible to load invoices for payments
- Following up on payments
- Creating, updating and maintaining records and databases
- Scheduling management calendar and update as needed
- Responsible for petty cash
- Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets and other expenditure
- Keeping record of Meetings
- Sending emails, answer queries from employees and suppliers
- Managing of office supplies and placing orders
Knowledge, skills, and experience required
Educational Background
Proven work experience as an Administration Officer essentialMUST have experience in Pastel EvolutionAt least 2 years proven experience of working with stockGrade 12Must be able to read, write, speak and understand Afrikaans & EnglishProficient in MS OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood time management skillsStrong organization skills with a problem solving attitudeCompetencies
