Job Advert Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the Procurement Department with administrative tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement processes and is ideal for individuals looking to start their careers in supply chain or administrative roles. The intern will assist with tasks such as validating purchase orders checking goods received vouchers following up with vendors and supporting the product team with various checks and updates. This role requires strong organizational skills a proactive attitude and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. No prior experience is required making it a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals seeking entry into the procurement field.

Location : Cape Town Western Cape

Work model : Contract 6 months

Minimum Requirements

Requirements :

  • Education : Matric or National Senior Certificate required. Additional qualifications would be an advantage.
  • Experience : 0-1years in a procurement or administrative role preferred.

Skills :

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
