Finance and Insurance Business Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement : Provide professional financial advice and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales process.
• Finance Facilitation : Secure vehicle financing by liaising with financial institutions, presenting tailored financial and insurance solutions.
• Sales of Value-Added Products : Promote and sell warranties, service plans, and other aftermarket products.
• Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all transactions and documentation comply with NCA and FAIS regulations.
• Contract Management : Review finance contracts, conduct credit checks, and submit accurate applications to financial institutions.
• Reporting : Generate and maintain reports on sales performance, profitability, and F&I metrics.
• Team Support : Train and assist sales staff in understanding financial products and compliance standards.
• Customer Loyalty : Foster strong relationships to build trust, satisfaction, and repeat business.
• Data Privacy : Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.
