Key Responsibilities :
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
Assist with menu planning, stock control, and kitchen administration
Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are met at all times
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a high-quality kitchen
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Passion for local, seasonal produce and creative cuisine
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Available immediately or within short notice
