Job descriptionBachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within IT consulting or related industries Proven ability to work on multiple projects in fast-paced environments Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Business Analyst Associate, Power Platform certifications, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) Experience in digital transformation or enterprise system implementations Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team on a 3 - 6 month contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives
- Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional specifications
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure alignment across the SDLC
- Support UAT and facilitate user feedback sessions
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Contribute to documentation, training, and change management efforts
