Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Advertising Coordinator to join our dynamic remote team. As an Online Advertising Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple online platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance metrics including CTR, conversion rate, ROI, and CPA.

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to maximize ad effectiveness.

Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, trends, and insights to guide future strategies.

Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to develop engaging ad creatives.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging platforms to innovate advertising strategies.

Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend to maximize ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or campaign management (entry-level candidates with strong internships / portfolio may also apply).

Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.

Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in online advertising, digital marketing, or a related field.

Experience working remotely or in virtual teams is a plus.

Working Hours

Full-time remote position.

Flexible working hours; standard expected availability for team meetings and reporting is 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (flexibility based on time zone differences).

Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
