We are looking for an experienced Construction Mentor to join our growing team on major civil infrastructure and road construction projects across Kwa-Zulu Natal . POSITION INFO :
Position : Construction Manager
Location : Port Edward, Kwa-Zulu Natal
Reports To : Construction Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- National Diploma (NQF6 or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and civil engineering principles.
- Solid experience in the civil construction industry, particularly in roadworks or infrastructure projects.
- SANRAL project exposure is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and people development skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Well-organized with high attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Willingness to relocate to project sites as required.
