What You’ll Do (Besides Look Cool Doing It)

You’ll be the frontline voice connecting Pearl Lemon’s world-class digital services to tattoo studios, artists, and lifestyle brands across the globe.

Here’s What Your Hustle Will Look Like

  • Research & Prospect tattoo studios, independent artists, tattoo supply companies, and lifestyle brands
  • Cold outreach via email, phone, and social media (especially Instagram and LinkedIn)
  • Craft and test irresistible outreach messages that resonate with creative, rebellious, inked-up audiences
  • Book qualified meetings or even close deals yourself, depending on your progress
  • Maintain a lean and mean pipeline using tools like Pipedrive and Apollo
  • Attend daily virtual huddles, weekly sales bootcamps, and 1-on-1 coaching sessions

You’re not just selling services. You’re helping tattoo professionals get found, grow fast, and build their business — and we’ll show you how.

  • You’re based in South Africa, with reliable internet and full-time weekday availability
  • You’re fascinated by the tattoo world — the people, the art, the culture
  • You speak and write fluent English with confidence
  • You’ve got grit, charisma, and the kind of energy that fills a Zoom call
  • You’re not afraid of hearing "No" — you chase the "Yes"
  • You’re coachable, proactive, and 100% self-managed

    • Bonus Points If

  • You’ve worked in or around the tattoo industry before
  • You’re comfortable with outreach tools or CRM systems
  • You’ve sold anything — even if it was just an idea, a product, or yourself
  • You live for learning (and maybe love Gary Vee, Alex Hormozi, or any other sales savage
