We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to lead initiatives that optimize user journeys, increase conversion rates, and drive measurable results. Responsibilities :

Conversion Strategy & Testing : Develop, implement, and manage conversion optimization strategies, including A / B and multivariate testing to identify impactful improvements.

Data Analysis & Insights : Analyze website and funnel performance, using tools like Google Analytics, to pinpoint drop-off points and conversion barriers.

User Experience Optimization : Partner with UX / UI teams to optimize page designs, layouts, and user flows, focusing on smooth, user-centered experiences.

Landing Page Optimization : Design and test landing pages tailored to target audiences, maximizing relevance and engagement.

Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure CRO efforts align with overall business objectives.

Reporting & Recommendations : Track and report on CRO performance, delivering actionable insights and recommending strategies to boost conversion metrics.

Requirements :

Previous experience in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or a similar role.

Proficiency with analytics and CRO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO).

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Knowledge of user-centered design principles and UX best practices is preferred.

Experience with A / B and multivariate testing methodologies is preferred.

Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
