Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing : Find top candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals

Screening & Interviews : Conduct pre-screening calls in German & English

Recruitment Coordination : Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and offer processes

Candidate Pipeline : Build a database of pre-qualified talent

Employer Branding : Support branding efforts in the DACH region

Collaboration & Data Management : Work with hiring teams via Slack, Salesforce, and ATS tools

Requirements

Fluent German & English (written and verbal)

13 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or resourcing

Knowledge of the DACH recruitment market is a big advantage

Proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, MS Office, and Google Docs

Highly organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable
