Job descriptionRecovery of Agent Invoices Arranging payments of local third-party invoices Daily Invoicing of files party invoice query / resolution. Direct communication with customers Acknowledge and assist with Customer queries Register files on Cargo Wise and handover to Customs department for entry framing. Once released from customs, arrange collection / delivery with the Transporter. Finalise Billing and send documents to customer. Must have a matric certificate Must have minimum 2 years Clearing and Forwarding experience. Office programmes Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word CargoWise experience
Day to day Operational
- Registering of Air Import or Export Files on Cargo Wise
- Handling of handover over shipments to local agents.
- Tracking & Monitoring of shipments from origin until final delivery to client.
- Booking of collections and deliveries with Transporters
- Liaising with service providers
- Updating notes on Cargo Wise
- Send daily status reports / updates to customers
- Maintaining shipment E-docs on Cargo Wise
- Other general functions associated
