Data Lead

Required Skills & Experience :

• 8+ years of experience in data management roles, with at least 3+ years as a Data Lead on BSS or enterprise transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of BSS domains and data models customer, billing, product catalog, order, usage, etc.
• Proven experience in data migration from legacy systems to modern BSS platforms (e.g., Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson).
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes , data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Azure Purview, Alation).
• Experience working with SQL , data modeling tools, and scripting languages for data analysis or validation.
• Solid understanding of data privacy and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in telecom contexts.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendor resources.
