Overview

An established group of real estate companies in Cape Town is looking for an inspired and experienced Senior Brand & Marketing Manager to shape, elevate, and lead the group’s brand presence. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a creative edge — someone who can balance big-picture vision with hands-on delivery, ensuring the brand remains distinctive, consistent, and influential in a competitive market.

Minimum Requirements & Experience

  • 10+ years’ proven experience in brand development and / or marketing leadership.
  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Brand Management advantageous.
  • Strong track record in building and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Experience in property or real estate marketing highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing platforms, digital tools, and social media strategy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the brand vision, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging across all channels.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand equity and expand market presence.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content, digital campaigns, and brand collateral.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Analyse campaign performance, turning data into insights to refine and optimise brand initiatives.
  • Champion innovative brand-building activities, events, and engagement opportunities.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure marketing impact and return on investment.
