Job Title : GTM & Lead Generation Specialist

Salary : $2,800 - $3,000 / month

Location : Remote (US overlap required, at least a few hours during ET or PT)

About The Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on GTM & Lead Generation Specialist to drive growth through inbound and outbound channels. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and deeply curious about tactics that generate leads and engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Lead Generation : Develop strategies using earned media to attract potential clients / customers.
• Outbound Lead Generation : Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, calls, or other channels.
• Social & Content Strategy : Create and manage content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), blogs, Reddit, or other channels to drive engagement and leads.
• Data & Analytics : Track, measure, and optimize campaigns to improve lead generation performance.
• Collaboration : Work with marketing, sales, and other teams to align GTM efforts and achieve revenue targets.
• Tactical Flexibility : Experiment with new tactics and platforms to identify the most effective growth strategies.
