- Dear Future, Product Growth Manager The role requires you to drive strategic growth beyond traditional banking channels by identifying and activating alternative pathways to expand the credit card base and customer value. To negotiate and provide appropriate solutions through deal structuring for low to medium complex clients by analysing Secure Based Lending Product and Secured Lending Cluster Products
- Are you someone who can :
- Ensure optimized customer experience and service throughout the value chain.
- Develop tactical strategy and delivery plans in support of functional strategic objectives in partnership with leadership.
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions.
- Design and deliver customer service solutions, systems and interactions aligned to Organizational values and service standards that build the brand.
- Manage expenditure planning and variances within approved budget parameters.
- Draw up a budget aligned to tactical delivery plans to facilitate the provision of adequate financial resources.
- Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across business areas and across the group.
- Manage team or teams in areas of responsibility in delivery against performance targets and achievement of wider human capital objectives.
- Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data.
- Identify, drive and implement ideas, policies, procedures, standards and frameworks to enhance sales and increase profit and manage future fit practice.
- Analyse information and reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision making purposes.
- Deploys integrated risk management, governance and compliance frameworks throughout area of responsibility.

- Lead initiatives focused on partnerships, new platforms, and non-traditional ecosystems to grow the card base.
- Explore and implement alternative growth strategies that complement existing sales efforts and support base expansion targets.
- Collaborate with Customer Value Management and CVO teams to embed growth levers into lifecycle strategies and campaign engines.
- Support product enablement through data-driven insights and value articulation across emerging channels.
- Link to CVM / CVO :
- Works closely with CVM to identify under-leveraged touchpoints and moments that matter. Supports CVO’s strategic ambition to unlock value across the portfolio through engineered growth.
