Award-winning Wine Estate is looking for a JUNIOR RESTAURANT MANAGER.
POSITION INFO :
Candidate Requirements :
- Grade 12
- Home language must be Afrikaans (essential)
- Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
- 1-2 years previous restaurant experience at a supervisor level or similar role in the hospitality industry at a similar establishment (5
- or similar)
- Must be comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele
- Have good knowledge of food and beverages
- WSET or similar wine knowledge certificate course (advantage)
- Great team management & training abilities
- Must be well-presented and have a strong customer service orientation
- Ability to learn details quickly (menus / wine list etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments
- Flexible, enthusiastic and accountable
