Role Summary : The successful candidate will oversee Quality Engineering, Quality Auditing, and Production Quality Assurance (inspections), playing a key role in driving a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage the Quality Department, including Quality Engineers and Quality Inspectors.Oversee and continuously improve the companys Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO and aviation industry standards (e.g., AS).Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies, procedures, and performance metrics.Plan and conduct internal audits, supplier audits, and support customer audits.Analyse quality performance data and lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action initiatives.Ensure proper documentation and traceability of quality inspections throughout the production lifecycle.Act as the main point of contact for customer quality concerns and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs).Support product and process validation, first article inspections (FAIs), and final product acceptance.Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is embedded in all stages.Promote a strong quality culture throughout the organization.
Requirements : Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.Prior experience in the aerospace or high-tech composite manufacturing industry highly advantageous.Strong knowledge of ISO , AS, or other aerospace / automotive quality standards.Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
