What You’ll Do :

Lead & mentor the global partner management team

Manage key partner relationships & escalations

Drive commercial negotiations & rate card management

Ensure compliance & risk mitigation

Analyze performance data & report to leadership

Optimize processes & documentation

Requirements

What You Need :

5+ years partner management experience (2+ years leadership)

Strong Excel skills & commercial acumen

Global multi-partner environment experience

Excellent communication & relationship management
