Grade 12Tertiary qualification in Business AdministrationMINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2 years relevant forecourt experienceManagement and / or Team Lead experience will be an advantageKEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Effective management of stock levels through daily monitoring of stock levels at kiosk and forecourtOversee regular stock-taking, cycle counting and stock rotationEnsure placement of stock in correct shelves / bins andManage and control stock expiration register and report on stock expiration dates and best before datesEnsure achievement of sales targets set for kiosk and forecourt in accordance with marketing plans and budgetsManage and report on the budget vs actual expensesEnsure customer serviceBuild and maintain sound customer relations with internal and external clients, grow customer base and ensure that client queries and complaints are resolved timeouslyEnsure compliance with health and safety requirements in line with company policy and legislative requirementsManage employee key performance areas, monitor performance standards, identify training and development requirements, and ensure fair disciplinary action to address deviationsTECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
