Job Description

Assist in the development of production plans in coordination with various units and the Sales Department, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

Support the creation of plans for raw material requirements, input specifications, and technical standards.

Oversee and follow the production processes at all stages, ensuring adherence to industry standards and maximizing production efficiency.

Monitor final production quantities and quality, ensuring compliance with market requirements and contractual obligations.

Generate and maintain daily and periodic reports related to slaughter and production activities.

Ensure the safety of production processes, minimizing risks associated with microbial contamination or industrial defects.

Knowledgeable in beef cuts, HACCP, ISO standards, and reporting protocols.

Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and industry demands.

Conduct daily stocktaking and inventory management.

Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a deboning or similar production environment.
• Proficiency with computer applications and reporting software.
• Strong decision-making capabilities.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
