You will be a proven leader with strong commercial acumen, outstanding people development skills, and the ability to drive sustainable growth and expand operations.
Qualifications
- A tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance is essential
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA) is highly regarded
Experience
Minimum 10 years in senior Operations / Sales leadership with direct accountability for sales, profit, and people managementStrong exposure to retail, service, or multi-outlet industries preferredProven track record in talent development and achieving results through peopleKey Responsibilities
