Description :
- Prepare and manage pizza dough daily according to Neapolitan-style methods.
- Hand-stretch dough to achieve the desired thin, soft, and airy crust.
- Operate and maintain wood-fired or high-temperature pizza ovens.
- Prepare fresh sauces, toppings, and ingredients while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
- Assist in inventory control and ordering of supplies.
- Uphold kitchen standards, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output during peak service times.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, specifically in Neapolitan-style pizza making.Skilled in hand-stretching dough and working with high-hydration doughs.Experience operating wood-fired or stone pizza ovens.Strong knowledge of Italian pizza-making traditions and ingredients.Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced kitchen.Commitment to quality, presentation, and consistency.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
