Job Description : The Cloud Adoption Office is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong background in cloud operations.

Responsible for managing complex cloud environments, optimizing, and automating deployments while collaborating closely with cloud engineers, security engineers, & cloud architects.

Responsibilities include : Applying critical thinking, design thinking, and problem-solving skills in an agile environment.

Leading all phases of the development lifecycle, including design.

Evaluating operational feasibility of solutions based on analysis, business requirements, and proposed solutions.

Producing organized, optimized, and documented source code.

Ensuring designs support principles of self-service, repeatability, testability, scalability, and resilience.

Creating and maintaining CI / CD pipelines.

Debugging source code and polishing features.

Collaborating with technical SMEs to improve products and services.

Applying version control techniques.

Aligning development processes with Group Architecture, Security, & Infrastructure guidelines.

Managing AWS environments for reliability, security, and compliance.

Implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.

Designing full-stack observability strategies.

Developing and managing infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.

Designing and optimizing CI / CD pipelines.

Mentoring junior engineers and working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience : 10+ years in IT, with cloud operation and engineering focus.

7+ years of hands-on AWS experience managing large-scale environments.

Expertise in AWS services like EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, VPC, IAM, ECS / EKS.

Strong DevOps and automation skills using Terraform, Ansible, etc.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell.

Experience with monitoring / logging solutions like CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK.

Knowledge of observability, networking, security, and IAM in AWS.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD tools.

Deep understanding of scalable architectures and troubleshooting.

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
