Key Responsibilities May Include :

• Lead the identification of manual processes suitable for automation in collaboration with business teams, contributing to workflow enhancements and efficiency improvements.
• Lead the development, deployment, and testing of RPA solutions, working under the guidance of senior developers to ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor automated workflows post-deployment, helping troubleshoot and resolve basic issues to minimize operational disruptions.
• Drive the standardization of automation processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and contributing to scalable solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation for automations, including process descriptions, outcomes, and potential improvements.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance (QA) standards during the automation process, supporting the delivery of high-quality, bug‑free solutions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including IT and business units, to ensure automations meet business needs and provide value.
• Support the setup and monitoring of alert systems to detect performance issues in automations, helping ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Position Purpose : Responsible for the creation, design, development, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects across the AMETA region, contributing to operational efficiency and process standardization.
