R35 000 CTC (Including benefits)

POSITION INFO :

Our well-known client in the Automotive industry is looking for an experienced Case Manager

Minimum requirements :

• Matric
• Motor vehicle technical qualifications (compulsory)
• Will investigate and resolve consumer complaints
• Handle incoming telephonic inquiries, requests for advice, and current case follow-ups from complainants and the automotive industry
• 10 - 15 Years Working experience in a similar role in the Automotive industry
• Be able to provide in-house technical training
• MUST have extensive knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008
• MUST have own reliable vehicle and Valid driver's license
