What this job can offer you

The opportunity to manage the entire sales cycle, from retaining existing customer investment and identifying new expansion opportunities to executing upsell and cross‑sell strategies. Present Remote’s suite of services to our existing Scale customers, creating pathways for upselling solutions and ensuring the completion of the business cycle. This position is an opportunity to own and nurture customer relationships as a key player in the Expansion organization.

What you bring

  • Experience retaining and growing existing accounts, driving net new expansion bookings as well as upselling / cross‑selling opportunities within smaller customer accounts.
  • Success building key customer relationships across different personas, promoting our product portfolio for up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Ability to create and execute sales motion and tactics to consistently grow revenue per account, confidently develop pipeline, forecast outcomes and provide accurate reporting data.
  • Good knowledge of sales processes, including utilising Salesforce and Outreach (or a similar sequencing tool) to manage your book of business at scale.
  • Ability to articulate Remote's unique value proposition through both written and verbal communication.
  • 1+ years of Account Executive / Account Management closing experience preferable, or related SaaS sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Business fluency in English is essential.
  • Highly self‑motivated with ambitions to be in a closing role.
  • Self‑directed and able to work independently and as an active member of the team.
  • Resilience, perseverance with a positive attitude, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Strong business acumen, integrity and work ethic.
  • Efficient multitasking, prioritisation and time management.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales quota based on role level and manage the entire sales cycle for a book of business.
  • Identify new expansion, upsell and cross‑sell business opportunities and push through the sales motion and cycle.
  • Presentations and demonstrations to existing customers on Remote’s suite of services and create opportunities from existing customers to upsell solutions.
  • Work with other cross‑functional teams to ensure customer success, including Support and Customer Success Teams.

  • Team : EMEA and AMER Sales.
  • Location : Anywhere in the World (EMEA timezone for EMEA clients, AMER timezone for AMER clients).
  • Start date : As soon as possible.
  • Compensation

    Remote's Total Rewards philosophy ensures fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate. We do not agree to or encourage cheap‑labor practices and therefore pay above in‑location rates. The On‑Target Earnings for this position is between $47,750 - $134,350. The base salary is 50% of the on‑target earnings. Baselines may vary by location, experience and market demand.
