What you'll be doing :

Hunt for new business opportunities – identify, pursue & close high-value deals

Build and expand relationships with decision-makers and industry leaders

Develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive growth

Work closely with all TLC departments to create tailored solutions for clients

Stay ahead of market trends and continuously innovate to keep our edge sharp

Who we're looking for :

Proven track record in business development– you’re a deal-closing superstar

Excellent communication & negotiation skills – you know how to influence and inspire

A proactive, results-driven mindset

Ability to think strategically and create winning sales strategies

Energy, passion, and ambition – we want game-changers on our team!
