Overview
Supporting and extracting, cleansing, transforming, and migrating HR data and documents from legacy systems to the new HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance throughout the migration process.
Responsibilities
- Supporting, extracting, and cleaning HR data from legacy systems.
- Map, transform, and validate data for migration into the new HRIS.
- Migrate employee documents securely with correct metadata and access rights.
- Conduct data validation, testing, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and development teams to meet project timelines.
- Document migration processes and support post-go-live data audits.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in HR, IT, or related field.2–5 years’ experience in HRIS or HR data migration.Knowledge of HR processes and systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.).Strong Excel / SQL skills and attention to data quality.Understanding of HR data privacy and compliance (e.g., GDPR).#J-18808-Ljbffr
