Production ManagerOverview : The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from planning to execution. This includes managing a team of farmers, implementing efficient irrigation systems, and maintaining high-quality produce.Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement production plans in collaboration with the management teamSupervise and manage a team of farmers to ensure optimal crop yields and qualityImplement and maintain efficient irrigation systems to minimize water waste and optimize crop growthMonitor and control inventory levels to prevent overstocking or understockingCollaborate with suppliers to source high-quality seeds, fertilizers, and other necessary inputsRequirements : Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Farm Management, or a related fieldAt least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in vegetable farmingProven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving production targetsStrong leadership skills and ability to make informed decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstancesSalary : $60, - $80, per year
