National Fleet Manager

SUMMARY

The Corporate Fleet and Rental Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing Dealer Fleet, Corporate Fleet and Rental customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales and retention strategies. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, product development, and aftersales teams to meet the unique needs of fleet customers. The Corporate Fleet and Rental Manager acts as a key point of contact for Dealer Fleet, Corporate Fleet and Rental customers, providing them with tailored solutions and support. The Manager will creatively and innovatively work across various streams in generating new and alternative business partnerships that support the MSA strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage Dealer Fleet and Corporate Fleet and Rental customer accounts.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
