Job descriptionMatric A N MCSE (or equivalent Microsoft qualifications) Minimum 3 years hands-on IT support experience Valid Code 08 (B) drivers licence Own reliable vehicle South African citizen or valid work permit Clear criminal record Excellent communication skills & friendly personality Able to work flexible hours (occasional after-hours / call-outs) Microsoft 365 / Azure experience ConnectWise or Auto task experience VOIP / firewall knowledge

Responsibilities :
- On-site & remote IT support for clients across KZN
- Hardware & software troubleshooting (PCs laptops printers networks)
- Windows server & desktop support
- Network maintenance (LAN / WAN routers switches)
- New installations & user setups
- Customer-facing role be the hero who fixes problems fast !
