Event Marketing Coordinator

Location : Remote

About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate and execute marketing events trade shows and webinars for a leading digital experience platform. The role involves planning and logistics management lead tracking using Salesforce and performance analysis of events to drive marketing success.

Responsibilities

Event Planning and Execution :

  • Organize and manage a comprehensive schedule of trade shows events and webinars.
  • Oversee event logistics including registration booth setup and onsite requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and venues to ensure timely preparation and shipping of booth materials and promotional items.
  • Arrange travel for team members attending events.
  • Monitor and maintain budgets for each event recommending costeffective resource allocations.
  • Prepare and distribute preevent overviews for team members including key clients and essential event details.
  • Ensure consistent brand promotion and presence at events.

Lead Management and Salesforce :

  • Collect attendee lists and manage event leads.
  • Import segment and manage leads within Salesforce CRM for targeted pre and postevent campaigns.
  • Track event ROI manage campaigns and attribute eventrelated activities using Salesforce.
  • Maintain data integrity by accurately inputting and updating lead information in Salesforce.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting :

  • Analyze event data to assess performance and inform future strategies.
  • Provide postevent reports with key insights areas for improvement and ROI metrics.
  • Qualifications : Experience :

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination preferably in a B2B or tech environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce including campaign management and lead tracking.
  • Skills :

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to work independently and handle multiple events simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and problemsolving aptitude.
  • Additional Qualifications :

  • Experience working remotely and coordinating with distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with the lumber and building materials industry is a plus.
  • Adaptability to a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
