Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet operations, maintenance, and driver performance to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Manage third-party transport providers and driver development programs.
• Ensure accurate route sheets, invoicing, and daily pallet reconciliations.
• Coordinate timely dispatch of orders and monitor warehouse readiness.
• Maintain stock integrity and manage customer collections efficiently.
• Track logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, fleet, and site procedures.
• Implement sustainability, real-time tracking, and cost-efficiency measures.
• Other relevant duties.
