Waiter

Candidate Requirements :

• Grade 12 would be an added advantage
• Must reside in the area
• Previous experience as a Waiter would be beneficial
• Must be guest and service-focused
• Must be a hard-working person who is willing to learn
• Knowledge of wine, cocktails and other beverages served
• Knowledge of food, cooking methods, and all menus
• Basic knowledge and understanding of rotating stock and stock control

Live-out position.

Fixed Term from September to March.
