Overview

Delivery & People Operations Lead role at DevologyX in Cape Town. We are hiring entry-level Sales Development Representatives (No experience required) to join our team and be part of the next generation of recruitment. This SDR / BDR role goes beyond traditional responsibilities, with opportunities to develop in the Recruiting / Talent Acquisition sector and expand career growth into the European market.

DevologyX is a leading European Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Agency with the ambition to be the best at what we do, differently. We work with clients across Europe, providing top-tier talent solutions and are expanding our Sales team in Cape Town.

What you'll do

• Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify potential leads through various research methods, including networking events, social media, and other channels.
• Drive outbound outreach through multi-channel sales approaches (warm / cold calling, LinkedIn, video messaging, email, etc.).
• Cold / Warm calling : Engage prospects and close clients with May require resilience and persistent effort.
• Be a brand champion and educate prospective clients on DevologyX’s value proposition.
• Objection handling : Address and overcome objections from prospective clients.
• CRM management : Diligently record and update lead, prospect, and client information in our CRM system.
