The Job
You will be responsible for :
Inbound and Outbound callsConverting leads into evaluations over the phoneHandle calls and schedule / reschedule patientsCheck Pipeline (Website, Instagram, Facebook, etc)Post daily on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Google), monthly on websiteAccounts receivables : handle texts, emails, and minimal callsMonthly : call, email, and text reactivation listVerify new patients the day before via text / email / callSend reminders for missed appointments / no rescheduled visitsTrack KPI's in a spreadsheet : Total triage calls, total bookingsThe Profile
Qualifications :
At least 2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant preferably in a healthcare setting (eg. Physiotherapy, , Osteopathy, Chiropractic's, Naturopathy, etc.)Must know how to speak and can understand French languageStrong Verbal and Written Communication SkillsKnowledgeable in any CRM tools (Go High Level, etc.)Have excellent strong phone handling skillsProficiency in email management and communicationKnowledgeable with MS Excel, Google Workspace (Google Spreadsheet, Google Docs, etc.)Familiarity with how clinic Management / Scheduling software workAbility to work independently and remotelyExcellent time management and prioritization skillsExperienced in healthcare software tools such as EMR / EHR, WEBPT, JANE APP, etc.Experienced in handling insurance verification, billing, etc.Experienced with lead generationKnowledgeable with social media managementStrong organizational skills and attention to detailThe Employer
