The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Inbound and Outbound calls
  • Converting leads into evaluations over the phone
  • Handle calls and schedule / reschedule patients
  • Check Pipeline (Website, Instagram, Facebook, etc)
  • Post daily on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Google), monthly on website
  • Accounts receivables : handle texts, emails, and minimal calls
  • Monthly : call, email, and text reactivation list
  • Verify new patients the day before via text / email / call
  • Send reminders for missed appointments / no rescheduled visits
  • Track KPI's in a spreadsheet : Total triage calls, total bookings
  • The Profile

    Qualifications :

  • At least 2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant preferably in a healthcare setting (eg. Physiotherapy, , Osteopathy, Chiropractic's, Naturopathy, etc.)
  • Must know how to speak and can understand French language
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Knowledgeable in any CRM tools (Go High Level, etc.)
  • Have excellent strong phone handling skills
  • Proficiency in email management and communication
  • Knowledgeable with MS Excel, Google Workspace (Google Spreadsheet, Google Docs, etc.)
  • Familiarity with how clinic Management / Scheduling software work
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Experienced in healthcare software tools such as EMR / EHR, WEBPT, JANE APP, etc.
  • Experienced in handling insurance verification, billing, etc.
  • Experienced with lead generation
  • Knowledgeable with social media management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
