- Develop course / module control documents and feedback systems
- Design and update lesson plans (i.e. instructional content, practice requirements, lesson scripts, required lesson aids, course map / procedure / summary)

Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent QualificationTrade qualification essential. Millwright by trade will be an advantageCertificate of Competence in ETDP or related qualification as Adult Education FacilitatorProven competence in Course Design and DevelopmentMinimum 3 years’ experience & proven competence as technical / Specialist on Sandvik products.Sandvik Mechanical Cutting equipment experience is essentialIndigenous language competence will be an advantage (excluding English and Afrikaans)Computer literacy essentialEnglish language proficiencyValid driver's LicenseBe able to work flexible hours & travel extensivelyFit to work underground.Flameproof & gas testing will be an additional advantageExperience with :
