Bakery Technical Support Specialist (Field Baker)
Our client, a Western Cape flour mill, is seeking a skilled Field Baker to provide on-site technical support to customers!

Working hours : 8 : 00 - 16 : 00
Field-based customer interaction role
Essential Experience :
3-5+ years commercial / industrial bakery experience
Bread, rolls, buns production (sweet doughs preferred)
Recipe standardization across different equipment
Bakery trials and formula scaling experience
Customer-facing or field support experience preferred
Key Skills :
Strong baking science knowledge
Diagnostic troubleshooting abilities
Training and communication skills
Data-driven testing and reporting
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Qualifications :
Formal baking qualification / certification required
Food Science or Baking Technology background
HACCP / GMP awareness
MS Office proficiency
What You'll Do :
Visit customers for on-site baking support and troubleshooting
Provide training and product optimization
Ensure consistent quality with flours and mixes
Gather feedback for continuous improvement
