Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Chef located in Cape Town.
The Factory Chef will be responsible for planning menus, overseeing daily food preparation, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and consistency of food production.
The Factory Chef will also be in charge of maintaining inventory, compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborating with management on cost control and efficiency improvements.
