Accounts and Parts Controller (Service Department)

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage and track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Handle ordering and procurement, including supplier communication and purchase order management.
• Oversee receiving and inspection of incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Prepare and process billing and invoicing for goods and services.
• Assist with financial reporting and cost control activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and recordkeeping for all transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate projects and workflows across departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Process payments and cash-ups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas for efficiency and performance enhancement.
