Job Title : National Key Accounts Manager
Location : Alberton , Gauteng
Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Key Accounts Manager to join their dynamic sales team. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and driving sales growth within our national accounts portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large key accounts, developing strategic account plans, and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts at a national level
- Develop strategic plans to increase sales and profitability within key accounts
- Coordinate and lead regular meetings with key account stakeholders to discuss business performance, opportunities, and challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure key account needs are met
- Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the key account portfolio
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategies
- Develop and execute promotional programs to drive sales and market share growth
- Track and report on key account performance metrics and KPIs
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on key account activities and achievements
Qualifications :
Relevant Sales Diploma or DegreeMinimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in FMCG, preferably wholesaleProven success in managing national key accounts and achieving business targetsStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to think strategically and develop innovative solutions for business growthExperience analyzing market data and trends to inform strategiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareContact Hire Resolve for your next career move.
