Job descriptionCapture cashbook and credit card statements on Sage of all bank accounts and report balances to Management. Debtor management. Input stock movements. VAT reconciliation and submit to FM for processing. Vet all deliveries have been invoiced from delivery books for each warehouse. Month-end bank reconciliation on Pastel Partner. Capture and reconcile petty cash & credit cards. Vet customer month-end statements to be sent out. Vet supplier recons balance to system. Inventory variance reporting. Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by Management.
SUMMARY :
Our client, a supplier of oleo and speciality chemical products, currently seeks an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join their Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Manager.
POSITION INFO :
Minimum Requirements :
- Degree in Accounting / Finance.
- Min 2 years experience, within commerce or manufacturing.

Month-End :
Ensure all general ledger accounts have been reconciled including intercompany for FM to finalise month-end.
