What Youll Do
â Manage incoming customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
â Assist customers with online orders, deliveries, and product questions
â Message customers about delivery cut-offs, delays, or order updates
â Support our retail stockists with queries or small requests
â Keep customer info up to date and help with order tracking
â Support with coordinating marketing activations as required
â Assist the team with other customer-facing admin tasks as needed
